Trac-Bug Tracking replacement

Soon Insensa-GIS will be available at github.com. Because of this, we are switching from Trac to the github internal bug-tracking system.

In the meantime, please send an E-Mail to info@insensa.org if you find a bug and we will fix it right away or add it as an issue on github as soon as possible.
